Ugh. Conexant or (double-Ugh) Itex?

Either way, your host (Linux box) does the PPP side of things. I've set
a number of these up; the nastiest part is the binary-only kernel
drivers. Conexant is way less yuck, as they do it the NVidia way, so you
can at least relink them.
