[nzlug] Horrifically OT: new box needed

Hi,

My 2GHz 32-bit Athlon workstation box with its paltry 1GB RAM and no
PCIe slots is starting to show its age. Time perhaps to re-commission it
as a loungeroom MythTV appliance and upgrade to a new workstation.

Does anyone know where one might be able to acquire a box with:
 - quad-core CPU (preferably 3GHz+)
 - 4GB DDR2 RAM
 - mix of PCI and PCIe slots
 - mix of SATA2 and IDE ports
 - 400W+ PSU
 - 10/100/1Gbps onboard LAN
 - onboard sound
for significantly south of a grand?

No drives or other peripherals required - I'll recycle my old ones.

OTOH, I could pay maybe a hundred or two more if it came with 64-bit sid
preinstalled.

All positive suggestions appreciated.
