Not knowing the product, can it talk SSL VPN? If so, do you have a spare 
box at the TGA office that could be installed with Linux to form an SSL 
VPN, with the users in the TGA office directing their connections to the 
servers to that Linux box? Wouldn't have to be especially powerful if all 
it's doing is terminating a single VPN connection.
