My last call to the ihug helpdesk was yesterday ... greeted with
Vodafone's message of "around 35 minutes wait time" and gave up. My
query was a legitimate one that needed a human contact; I needed user
credentials for a site I was fixing up. Luckily we eventually found a
written copy hidden away ...
