No. And IIRC doing this *may* break some law(s) and/or banking 
regulations... and probably the privacy act might even come in to it 
since the bank can't guarantee your email account security (and it may 
go out of the country etc) - as those of you who use the IRD online, 
their solution to email messaging is a crappy barely-working 
webmail-like javascript monstrosity.
