As he said, it's just a username/password login. I don't know what 'netguard' 
is but I don't see anything to do with it.

I just tested logging into the ASB FNC with urllib2 and it works fine. There's 
some ugly HTML with frames and a bit of Javascript to deal with but it does 
work.

As for Linux friendly, the website works well in any Linux browser I've come 
across :)
