[nzlug] spam (moved back to spam not SMS)

Thanks for all that..
They are ones I had already looked into.

I find it a little odd.. reading up on spamd's config file that on a log
file reload, it requires a restart of spamd.

and for some reason we dont appear to be logging it
to /var/log/messages , syslog or anywhere...
