can go to a bonus in the paypackets of everyone in the department...

Just a thought...

I have a student who keeps piping up with "Vista does that" when I'm
talking free software. Sat him down and...
"And how much was Vista?"
"Free... my work paid for it."
"I see - that vista ultimate costs $600, then theres the fee for your
seat at the server, another what, $200?
"I guess..."
" ... how big was your xmas bonus last year?"
"erk"
"How would you have felt about a $800 xmas bonus and still get to use
all these features anyway?"
"engfeh!"

This guy also has a developers licence - the work has - he's in for a
shock sometime.

(I'm hoping I exaggerated those costs a tad...)
