[nzlug] Apache Restarting Problems

Hey steve,
No the directory doesn't exist any more, removed the slash still no go.
These definitions are new, they haven't been used before.
Basically we just got a couple of virtual servers running fedora 8 and I've
been asked to configure them. This is a fresh start so to speak we haven't
go another conf file to work off.
