[nzlug] Apache Restarting Problems

forgot to mention i was asked to try the following command by nothing
happend

[root at me ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd -S
Usage: httpd
{start|stop|restart|condrestart|reload|status|fullstatus|graceful|help|configtest}
[root at me ~]#
