How about OpenHosting, they do virtual servers at reasonable rates.
Otherwise try Dreamhost, not virtual servers, but comparable in terms of the
features you get. I'm with Dreamhost and I have 500GB and 5TB bandwidth for
NZ$150  per year (you  can get it cheaper if you pay for longer), can't
vouch for their reliability though as I haven't been with them very long.
