[nzlug] Acer Aspire, Hardy, and wireless

Hi, I just upgraded my parents' laptop from the gutsy install that came
with it to hardy. Everything seems alright, except the wireless won't
connect to the WPA encrypted access point.

It's using ndiswrapper, and the ath_pci module is blacklisted.

In daemon.log, it gets up to "Activation (wlan1) Stage 2 of 5 (Device
Configure) complete."
and then about a minute later, it gives up saying that association took
too long.

Before the upgrade, I had it working in this configuration, and it will
currently work if I turn the encryption off. But, I'd really like to get
it working with WPA for obvious reasons.

Anyone have any insight that may be useful?
