Nice for people who have permission to install their own addons. Most
people forced to use MS Outlook also are stuck with a 'COE' or Consistent
Office Environment which forces a particular software suite onto their
desktops and forbids addition of additional software.

(In which case I encourage the use of a personal, web based mail account
for use on mailing lists.)

I rarely use my signature on mailing lists these days.
A previous employer is referenced in signatures that've since been
archived by Google, and caused my former manager no end of grief as I kept
being an early hin in search results for his company....
