Damn, just tried it. NZ is not in the country list. There are only countries 
in Europe plus the USA. Also not Russia, Japan, ... whatever. Leaving that 
field blank, the web form complains.

If any of you should have a European or US contact to get it to you, just let 
me know and I'll send the invitation elsewhere.
