This is an incredibly important factor. I've been impressed with the
iPhone's handling of calls -- it's up to the high standards of the old
Nokia Communicators. Windows Mobile phones, on the other hand, have no
idea that the phone functionality is the single most important job,
and don't correctly prioritise calls over whatever else the OS is
doing (like locking the screen, or switching from the last app you
were running, or even getting the correct screen in the phone app when
you finally get there).
