[nzlug] New term: tinkerer

I'd shorten it to "tinker", just like the wanderers who made a living fixing
things for people, back when you didn't just buy a new one. Maybe its a
matter of degree - I can't claim to be a full-bore hacker, but a tinker just
about sums my skill level up.

So we have hacker, tinker... what comes next down the scale? And can we do a
version of the "Tinker tailor, soldier sailor" rhyme?
