Depending on the encoding used for your voip calls, you're probably
only using ~100kpbs, and unless you're in the habit of downloading at
100% of your available bandwidth, you probably don't need to reserve
bandwidth.
I found that simply prioritising UDP over everything else made a huge
difference ... and that's often easy to figure out from examples for
most qos scripts.
