naive questions can be good for the ensuing discussion. That was my plan
all along of course :D

I saw 250kBs^-1 (being pedantic - though kB/s is OK, kBps is not because
that's "kilobyte-picoseconds"! I suppose someone *could* charge for data
storage in those kinds of units, though picoseconds sounds pretty
draconian) very early one morning - ran an update and it flew by! I
thought "wow"!

OTOH: Last month I hit my data cap quarter way through an iso
download... there's a word to describe this, lets see, oh yes: engfeh!
