Kubuntu. Eye candy is forgivable, provided that the guts are there
behind it. They've done well with Open stuff, but not so well with
closed drivers. Hopefully, as things pick up, the closed drivers will be
of lesser importance - my bugbear being Nvidia support. I do not like
having to work around the packaging system to install video drivers that
work.

Is this an Ubuntu problem rather than Nvidia? Yes. Nvidia have coughed
up the fixed video driver, and it is yet to be incorporated into the
Gutsy release.

Kubuntu doesn't get support, which is a bit annoying but I understand
why they're doing it and when it'll be fixed.
