Just to add another thing for you to consider :) I like PmWiki, it's small, 
simple, and extensible. Pure PHP, nothing fancy, and all the pages are stored 
as files, so no database backend is required. However, it is well designed, 
and so adding plugins is usually just a matter of adding a line to the config 
file.
