Perhaps. However do you believe that all these elements can be safely
installed and promoted through a live webmin interface without some
tinkering? Also, bear in mind that many of the standard webmin modules
actually have duplicate functionality, so it mey be useful to go
through anyway and only enable the ones that suit. More compellingly,
the guide described in the OP says to download Webmin from sourceforge
rather than getting it from the ubuntu repository, so it wont be
customised to the install.
Rob, mysql-admin is a seperate package from the core mysql database
packages and is not a standard dependancy. It will need to installed
seperately. I dont know anything about Frox though sorry.
