Yeah thats pretty much why ie4linux exists, because of Firefox and IE 
renders websites slightly differently enough to be annoying...

But caring if someone is violating the IE EULA is meaningless when you 
can violate the EULA of Windows by duplicate it and distribute it/sell 
it, which is what Microsoft does spent alot of time on.
