[nzlug] Xine on Fedora 8: does it work for anyone?

When I used Fedora Core 6, Xine worked perfectly. Now that I've
updated to Fedora 8, at least something seems to be missing. Sounds
seems to work fine, but the video is very jerky, and the keyboard
shortcuts don't have any effect.

These are the packages I have installed.

# yum list xine*
Installed Packages
xine.i386 0.99.5-1.lvn8 installed
xine-lib.i386 1.1.12-2.fc8 installed
xine-lib-arts.i386 1.1.12-2.fc8 installed
xine-lib-devel.i386 1.1.12-2.fc8 installed
xine-lib-extras.i386 1.1.12-2.fc8 installed
xine-lib-extras-nonfree.i386 1.1.12-1.lvn8 installed
xine-lib-pulseaudio.i386 1.1.12-2.fc8 installed
xine-plugin.i386 1.0-5.fc8 installed
Available Packages
xinetd.i386 2:2.3.14-14.fc8 fedora

Of course, the Available package in that list is something separate,
but is there something else I need. I don't remember well just what
was used in the FC 6 installation.

Ideas welcome.
