The Thomson Speedtouch range support this, although they use PPTP rather 
than PPPoE (ie. you use pptp-client to connect to the modem, then run 
the PPP session over that).

Not the cheapest modem out there, but I've been using various versions 
of them for about 7 years, and they're very reliable.
