How do I stop totem-xine using Xv (not supported on i965 with compiz enabled). Alternatively - getting totem-gstreamer to play encrypted dvds. (Installed all the gstreamer plugins, and libdvdcss3, and w32codecs, and ran the install script that came with dvdread3. Still get error that codec is not installed.)
