Thats strange, they look like NZ numbers to me. I called the technical
support number (0800 223 769) and was told to have my serial number ready,
but no message about calling back during office hours. I hung up before
talking to a "live" person, but was told my position in the phone queue was
6 - wonder how many of them are from this thread ;)
