That's the idea.
Using the ubuntu oem install, one can log in as an oem user and use that
account to configure the system to your desire. From there, a new image
can be created from the installed components. Thus, you'll have an
install disk which fully supports the hardware. In theory anyway.
I intend to try this with hardy, when it's released.
I'd like to know how many have been sold though. Some stores have been
running out of stock.
