In the mists of time DSE had a guy (Chris Day?) who was very into linux,
as sales or marketing or technical manager or some other similar position..
Anyway he was on this list and was very helpful. For example I suggested
to him that DSE advertise on the web Vendor & Product IDs for PCI and USB
devices, allowing linuxistas to do their own research, and he did it.

Some time ago I believe he left the job (dunno circumstances) and their
support and accessibility has been less than it was before.

I suggest that if he was still there this would have been done properly.
