what are the permissions and ownership of the procmail binary? Mine is:

nick at www-rout ~ $ ls -l `which procmail`
-rwsr-sr-x  1 root root 74432 Sep  8  2003 /usr/bin/procmail

the s's are something to do with setuid or setguid - which a bit of
googling seems to think is needed for procmail.
