[nzlug] Ubuntu Mirrors? (was International traffic really slow)

Has anyone noticed ISOs being placed up on that Citylink server that has 
a RC tag on it?
Could these ISOs be Finals renamed to RC to throw people off downloading 
them until the last minute?
