The name for that diacritic is "macron".

I googled that up by using "macron" as a search term.

As an aside, they're not really "accents" in that they don't indicate
stress or quality - they indicate vowel length. There was an
alternative convention to use double vowels (eg Maaori) but that's
fallen out of favour.
