In order to have the calc spreadsheet formatted across several pages,
as far as I can tell I have to first import it into a Writer doc, then
import that writer doc to the master. This 'envelope' technique works,
but as soon as I try to export it to a pdf using the OO tool, OO
performs re-pagination, which for whatever reason cleans out any data
showing in the tables. The closest I have come to a solution was that
there may be a circular style that is causing some kind of conflict.
I really wish there was a simple way to import OO spreadsheets into a
master doc... sigh.
