Hi Paolo,

I bought an OS free Excel G556E a couple of years ago but when I was
looking around for a replacement this year I couldn't find any OS free
laptops at all.

I ended up buying a Dell Latitude D830, which doesn't come bundled with
Linux. I installed Ubuntu 7.04 on it and had a few issues but since
upgrading to 7.10 it is running well and I am very happy with it.
