[nzlug] Keyboard layout options...

Figured it out. Seeing as I'm using this remotely from my windows
machine, I need to configure the keymap in the x-server (silly me for
not thinking of it before). So this means I need to configure it in
either cygwin or nxclient depending on what I'm using. Which also
probably means there's no quick way to do this.
