My flatmate is using an iAudio device under Ubuntu.
I'm not sure if he has any problems or anything with it, but I know that
he does quite like the device itself. He managed to get it up and
working by himself as well, so I'm guessing its not that complicated.
I can't tell you the exact model he has, and he's not here right now,
but to me this looks exactly like the correct one (especially based on
their other offerings, which are completely different).

The A2 model on their website is capable of playing video, and might be
able to be plugged into a TV. I can't see any details on it being able
to, but you could probably email the importer and find out easily enough.
