I did this a while ago. Went from IE to Firefox on Windows and then
copied the FF profile across ... had to tweak the
~/.mozilla/firefox/profiles.ini to point to the copied files. Very easy.
Outlook contacts can be exported and imported .. from memory I had to
change one field - I should take notes.
I can't remember what I did with the Outlook Calendar.
For the email ... I went from Outlook to Thunderbird and then to Evolution
... would love to know a quicker way - it was far from seemless involved a
great deal of importing, exporting and copying email etc.
