Well, the location is sub-optimal from that point of view, but hot air 
rises and the PC is below the hot water cylinder.  Really I get extra heat 
"for free" which keeps the clothes in the cupboard warm and dry.  All I 
really need to worry about is if the cylinder or plumbing springs a leak.
