How much are we talking about?

i.e. what resources do we require, and how much is being charged?

I pay $52 per year for my hosting with http://kiwiwebhost.co.nz, I get 10Mb
of web space and 1Gb/mo traffic. Oh, and I pay $39.95 for my domain.

I have no idea if this is adequate, or entirely inadequate, for the
purposes of this list, but without some figures no-one can really say
whether their suggestion is better or not.
