I'd also like to know as I had an issue with mine over weekend. I plugged 
it in to charge it up and then just left it in when I turned off my Linux 
machine. After that it wouldn't turn on at all!

It may be a problem with that particular type as I was told (by a young 
teenager mind you) that pushing a paperclip into the hole labelled Reset 
would fix it. Why have a feature like that unless theres a known issue that 
reuqires it?
