And there are about 2500 people living on Niue. (And 22000 who aren't).
2500 compares with a reasonable sized company, which might have less than
half-a-dozen IT personnel.
Has anyone contacted the Niuen government and asked them if the article is
true? At first glance it looks like a puff-piece for SAFI Technologies.
