Hmmm... interesting, could have had this on hand when MS reps were
telling UALUG that MS has no problem with vendors selling base units.

Has anyone in NZ ever claimed the windows-tax refund?

Of note: I recently came across someone who had legally purchased a
vista laptop without any install media... does anyone know if they would
still have had to go through the clickwrap to agree with the licence or
is just buying the computer sufficient?
