[nzlug] Dunlug - biweekly meeting

(DunLug meets every 2 weeks in the DoW in the Exchange, a few blocks south of 
the Octagon - meetings tend to start out in the upstairs bar and then wander 
downstairs into the cellar by the fire - grab a beer and come on down - our 
meeting day wanders between Tue/Wed so that everyone can come)
