Magicpoint? It's aimed at doing presentations, and you write the content in a 
very simple wiki-like script. I think it'll let you say 'change to this page 
after a time'.

One thing you didn't go into was if you want to be able to update the content 
from the server. If so, then you could have a script that relaunches it when 
it finishes (I don't know if it automatically closes when a presentation 
finishes, it hasn't come up and I don't use it for presentations any more, 
but if it does...). If you update the script, when it relaunches, it'll have 
the new content.
