[nzlug] Webserver - Automatic Failover

Hi,

At the moment we have all our servers (web, mail, dns etc) in one server
room, fed by Vector fibre. I am keen on setting up backup servers (web, mail
& dns), in a datacentre at a different ISP for redundancy. What would the
best way to implement automatic fail over from one web server to the other
with the following setup.

Location 1
Primary DNS (Centos Based, BIND9)
Web server (Apple OSX, apache, mysql, php)
Location 2
Secondary DNS (Any os, server to be built)
Web server (Any os, server to be built, apache, mysql, php)

Any suggestions would be welcomed.
