After some conversation with this guy by email, and by listening to him
on a radio show it turns out that what he is annoyed about is Macs being
the singled out.

What he suggested was that all Microsoft Office be removed from the
deal, and for OpenOffice to become universal. Murray Brown of eLearning
also said that the Ministry of Education would be in a "different
position" in three years time when the education agreement expires.

Writing is on the wall for Microsoft Office. For those who want to
