Me neither, and no, OOo doesn't do Word Macros. I ended up in a debate
about why this is a good thing.

I think the biggie is folk who don't want to lose their address book,
and don't know how to connect to their ISP. For some people, that
addressbook is pretty vital, I don't blame them for getting nervouse.

Remember, were talking about people who're so brainwashed by MS's "its
too hard for the users so lets not tell them about it" approach that
they need an install wizard to tie their shoelaces. Or maybe they've
been reading "get the facts".

OTOH: just today I got someone to agree to install when I told him he
could keep his important settings. Some people can be bothered, they
just need a little reassuring.
