You can't browse your own address from within your own NAT.

This is well documented on the ADSL Mailing list 
(lists.unixathome.org/adsl) - you need to test via an external  proxy or 
get someone else to look at it.

Your DSL router isnt expecting to see traffic to its own external 
interface from within its own NAT, it has no way to send return traffic 
back to you.
