[nzlug] Migrating details

For quite a while with my laptop I ran dual boot (sharing my mail and
firefox profiles between linux and windows). The only issues are the file
paths in the profile. For mail I had to create two profiles and point them
both to the same mail store as the linux and windows paths were specified
differently.

I havent run windows for a couple of years so this may be easier now. So
basically as Matthew pointed out, you dont need to export/import, just bulk
copy the profiles once you get the data into windows firefox/thunderbird.
