[nzlug] Migrating details

I am getting the impression that nobody here has been doing this on a
routine basis.

I have run across people who feel unable to move away from windows
because of the (perceived) risk of losing their settings. So I figured
it would be a good idea to work out how to do this.

It looks like the easy plan is to install firefox and thunderbird to
windows and use their export tools to save the information. Though I
like the live disto idea.
