Hi,

Can anyone recommend a straightforward way to encode an ogg/theora video
(generated by a screencast) to a flash video file?

(If you want to reply with 'mencoder', can you please give the command
line options to do this?)

Alternately, can anyone recommend a program to create
screencasts (with audio) directly to a flash file, or else something
highly compressed that a windows user can view without codec dramas?
